Wagamama Style salad dressing

Best salad dressing in the world! Eat with mixed baby leaves, grated carrot and crispy dried onions

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 200ml

Ingredients

2 teaspoons shallots, finely chopped

1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated

1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped

1 1⁄2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon water

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

Directions

1Wizz up all ingredients together

2Keeps for a few days in the fridge
