Vegan Parmesan Style Cheese

This great as a garnish for all sorts of meals, especially pasta and risotto but can also be used in recipes that ask for parmesan.

  • Cook: 10 mins


70 g sesame seeds

3 Tbsp Nutritional yeast (Nooch)

Salt & white pepper

Garlic granules


1Toast the seeds in a dry pan until golden

2Put in a blender with the nooch, salt & pepper and garlic granules

3Blitz into a fine power

4Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 weeks
