
Seven Layer Mexican dip
This is incredible and great for a big sharing bowl with friends. It can be made a day in advance and kept in the fridge.

- 1cupQueso cheese sauce
- 1cupGuacamole
- 1cupPico de gallo
- 1Yellow pepper (diced small)
- 0.25cupBlack olives (sliced)
- Coriander

To assemble the dip: Spread out vegetarian refried beans, then top with cheese layer, then guacamole, then pico or salsa, then bell pepper, then black olives, then cilantro.
