This is an amazing snack when you have people over or for dinner when you can't be bothered to cook a full meal! Adjust the sriracha to taste as these are spicy! From Thug Kitchen

Ingredients

  • Bites
  • 900gCauliflower cut into small florets
  • 70gFlour
  • 113mlWater
  • Hot Sauce
  • 2tspOil
  • 60mlSriracha or other hot sauce
  • 60mlRice vinegar
  • 0.5tspSoy sauce or tamari
  • Satay sauce
  • 0.25cupWarm water
  • 0.5cupPeanut butter (Or cashew butter)
  • 2tbspRice vinegar
  • 2tbspLime juice
  • 2tspFresh minced ginger
  • 1tspSoy sauce or tamari
  • 1tspMaple or agave syrup

Instructions

    Heat oven to 220 degrees

    Grease a baking tin

  3. 3

    Whisk together the flour and water until it forms a smooth batter

  4. 4

    Mix in the cauliflower until coated and spread on the baking tin

  5. 5

    Roast for 15 - 20 mins, shaking half way through

  6. 6

    Mix all hot sauce ingredients in a pan and heat up until just a simmer then turn off

  7. 7

    Whisk together the peanut butter and water

  8. 8

    Then add all the other ingredients and mix up. Leave in the fridge

  9. 9

    After 15-20 mins tip the cauliflower into a bowl and mix with the hot sauce

  10. 10

    Put cauliflower back into the baking tin and cook for about another 5 minutes

    Serve with the satay sauce
