
Minted peas
Tasty and very simple alternative to just peas! Great as a side with tofish or salt and pepper tofu.
Ingredients
Yields
- 1tsprapeseed oil
- 1large shallot (2-3 smaller) finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (to taste) finely chopped or minced
- 250g frozen garden peas (defrosted and lightly crushed with fork or masher)
- 1small bunch of fresh mint (finely chopped)
- salt & pepper
Instructions

Add shallot to oil in a pan and cook for a few minutes
- 2
Add garlic for another few minutes
- 3
Add peas for another few minutes until heated through
- 4
Add mint and season
