
Guacamole
This is obvious but necessary! On a wrap, on toast for breakfast, with chilli, in a sandwich, with crisps! Best ever
Ingredients

- 2Avocado
- 1Red chilli (finely chopped)
- 1.5tbspLime juice
- 1Garlic clove (crushed)
- 1Tomato
- 1Spring onion
- Coriander
- Salt & pepper
Instructions

Chop up the avocado, tomato, red chilli & spring onion
- 2
Mix together wih drop of garlic oil
- 3
Add some chopped coriander to taste
- 4
Add salt, pepper and lime juice
- 5
Mix together and check seasoning and lime
