Immunity boosting ginger shot

Yields1 Serving

 250 g Fresh ginger
 150 ml Apple or orange juice
 150 ml Filtered water
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
 Squeeze Agave or maple syrup to taste (optional)

Thoroughly wash ginger and roughly chop

Add ginger and all other ingredients to a blender - blend until smooth (about 2 minutes with high speed blender)

Strain through cheese cloth or sieve (if using a sieve, make sure you use a spoon to squeeze out all of the juice!)

Can be kept for a few days in fridge or frozen in ice cube trays for longer.
