This is quick and much better than bought houmous. Serves 3 s a snack

Ingredients

Yields
  • 1Tin chickpeas (Drain and keep the water)
  • 2tsptahini
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1crushed garlic clove
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 5tbspchickpea water
  • Paprika

Instructions

    Blitz the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic and chickpea water together.

    As you're blitzing add the oil slowly

  3. 3

    Serve sprinkled with paprika
