
Easy Houmous
This is quick and much better than bought houmous. Serves 3 s a snack
Ingredients
Yields
- 1Tin chickpeas (Drain and keep the water)
- 2tsptahini
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1crushed garlic clove
- 2tbspolive oil
- 5tbspchickpea water
- Paprika
Instructions

Blitz the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic and chickpea water together.

As you're blitzing add the oil slowly
- 3
Serve sprinkled with paprika
