1 Tin chickpeas (Drain and keep the water)2 tsp tahini2 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1 crushed garlic clove2 tbsp olive oil5 tbsp chickpea waterPaprika

Blitz the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic and chickpea water together.

As you're blitzing add the oil slowly

Serve sprinkled with paprika
