These are from a restaurant in London called Essential Vegan. They are so yummy!

Ingredients

Yields
  • 455gPotatoes peeled and chopped
  • 0.33cupWater
  • 2cupsTapioca flour
  • 0.25cupNutritional yeast
  • 2tspSalt
  • 0.5tspBaking powder
  • 0.5cupVegan cheese
  • 0.33cupOil

Instructions

    Boil the potatoes until tender and then drain & mash

    Pre heat the oven to 250 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper

    In a small bowl, mix the flour, nutritional yeast, salt & baking powder

  4. 4

    In a separate large bowl mix the cheese, water and oil. Then add the mashed potato and mix all together

  5. 5

    Combine wet & dry ingredients into a soft, smooth dough

  6. 6

    Mould into small balls using your hands and transfer to the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden
