1Coat the tofu well with cornstarch.
2In a saucepan heat the oil. Add tofu and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
3Stir in garlic, ginger, maple syrup, soy sauce, ketchup, Sriracha sauce, spring onions and veg stock.
4Let it cook until it thickens. If it gets too thick, add some water
5Serve with rice
