Satay Cauliflower Bites

This is an amazing snack when you have people over or for dinner when you can't be bothered to cook a full meal!
Adjust the sriracha to taste as these are spicy!

 Bites
 900 g Cauliflower cut into small florets
 70 g Flour
 113 ml Water
 Hot Sauce
 2 tsp Oil
 60 ml Sriracha or other hot sauce
 60 ml Rice vinegar
 0.50 tsp Soy sauce or tamari
 Satay sauce
 0.25 cup Warm water
 0.50 cup Peanut butter (Or cashew butter)
 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
 2 tbsp Lime juice
 2 tsp Fresh minced ginger
 1 tsp Soy sauce or tamari
 1 tsp Maple or agave syrup

Heat oven to 220 degrees

Grease a baking tin

Whisk together the flour and water until it forms a smooth batter

Mix in the cauliflower until coated and spread on the baking tin

Roast for 15 - 20 mins, shaking half way through

Mix all hot sauce ingredients in a pan and heat up until just a simmer then turn off

Whisk together the peanut butter and water

Then add all the other ingredients and mix up. Leave in the fridge

After 15-20 mins tip the cauliflower into a bowl and mix with the hot sauce

Put cauliflower back into the baking tin and cook for about another 5 minutes

Serve with the satay sauce
