Jen’s Simple Nachos

1 bag of tortilla chips

1 tin of refried beans

JalapeƱos (I like the red ones) chopped up small

Vegan cheese or melty cheese sauce (See recipe)

Sriracha hot sauce

Guac to serve


1Spread a little of the beans on each chip and lay on a baking sheet to create a carpet of chips

2Sprinkle with jalapeƱos

3Sprinkle with grated cheese or cheese sauce

4Add another layer of beany chips and repeat

5Grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted, or just to heat through if using cheese sauce

6Top with hot sauce to taste and serve with guac
