Easy Houmous

This is quick and much better than bought houmous.
Serves 3 s a snack

  • Prep: 5 mins


1 Tin chickpeas (Drain and keep the water)

2 tsp tahini

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1 crushed garlic clove

2 tbsp olive oil

5 tbsp chickpea water



1Blitz the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic and chickpea water together.

2As you're blitzing add the oil slowly

3Serve sprinkled with paprika
