Double Choc & Nut Cookies

Pret-style cookies - So good!!

Dry Ingredients
 43 g Caster sugar (I used golden)
 112 g Soft light brown sugar
 4 g Salt
 40 g Nuts roughly chopped (I used a mix of walnut and pecan as that's what I had but almond or most other would work really well)
 112 g Dark chocolate, chopped
 205 g Plain flour (I used wholewheat)
 20 g Cocoa powder
 ½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
Wet Ingredients
 65 g Coconut oil melted
 72 g Nut butter (I used peanut but almond works very well too)
 100 g Golden syrup
 40 g Water

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and prepare baking trays with greaseproof paper

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine

Bring dough together (using hands is the easiest way) and split into 8 balls

Flatten balls with the palm of hand and place on tray

Cook for 8-10 minutes and then leave to cool for 15 mins before eating
