This great as a garnish for all sorts of meals, especially pasta and risotto but can also be used in recipes that ask for parmesan.

Ingredients

Yields
  • 70gSesame seeds
  • 3tbspNutritional yeast (Nooch)
  • Salt & white pepper to taste
  • Garlic granules to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

    Toast the seeds in a dry pan until golden

    Put in a blender with the nooch, salt & pepper and garlic granules

  3. 3

    Blitz into a fine power

  4. 4

    Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 weeks
