
Hubner Sausage Stuffing
The best stuffing for Christmas dinner or any roast dinner!
Ingredients
Yields
- 1Large onion
- 500gVegan sausage meat (Richmond or Meatless Farm are great!)
- 1cupCrushed cornflakes
- 1Flax egg (1 tbsp flax seed whisked with 2.5tbsp water, rested in fridge for 10 mins)
- 4tbspChopped parsley (optional)
- Salt & Pepper
- Vegan bacon slices (to line the tin)
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (Except the bacon)

Grease a loaf tin and line with the bacon
- 3
Put the mixture in the lined tin and cover with foil
- 4
Bake in the oven in a roasting tray with water at 190 for 40 minutes

Remove the foil for 10 minutes at the end
