This seems odd and very simple, but believe me it tastes incredible. Just a small amount sprinkled over pasta, vegetables or salad is incredible. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Yields
  • Nutritional yeast extract (Nooch)
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

    Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot

  2. 2

    Add the nooch and stir constantly until the nooch starts to brown

  3. 3

    Add salt (quite a bit, to taste) and continue to fry for a few mins

  4. 4

    Remove from the heat and store in an airtight container for a few days in the fridge
