A spice mix that you can have ready to make a quick scrambled tofu for breakfast on toast or with a full fry up! Adapted from original recipe from it doesn't taste like chicken.
1Mix altogether and keep in the fridge
2To make a very quick tofu scramble, mix silken tofu in a frying pay with 1.5 tbsp of the spice mix and heat through.
3This makes a texture very much like scrambled egg and the spice mix gives a subtle egg flavour.
