Quick and simple weekday fajitas!
Prep (Always good to be prepared)
1Get those sides ready to go, you don't want to be caught out!
2Slice the onions nice and thin
3Slice the mushrooms
4Cut the peppers into sticks
5Mince the garlic
6Measure out the spices and put in a prep dish
Let's do this
1Heat the oil in a nice heavy base frying pan over a medium heat
2Toss in the peppers, onions, chilli powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
3Cook until the veg begins to soften (5-8 mins should do it)
4Add in the mushrooms and garlic and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is just cooked.
5Pop the tortilla wraps in the microwave as per pack instructions (usually less than a minute)
6When you are nearly ready to go, crank the heat up for a minute to give it a sizzle!
7Bring the pan to the table for that added flair, just don't burn your table or more importantly the person you are cooking for!
