Very simple chia pudding...a pudding that it is acceptable to eat for breakfast - hooray!
1Whisk chia seeds and milk
2Leave for 5 mins
4Add maple syrup/vanilla essence
5Leave in fridge for 3 hours or overnight
6Take out of fridge, re-whisk (if too runny, add more chia and refrigerate, if too think add a little more milk)
7Separate into bowls as required, add toppings and eat!
8Will keep in fridge for a few days
