Ok so this is really spring greens, but it tastes so close it's a yummy and very simple accompaniment to anything!

 200 g Spring Greens
 1 tsp Brown sugar
 1 Large pinch of salt
 Olive oil

Pre heat the oven to 200

Slice the greens finely

Add them to a baking tray and sprinkle over the sugar and salt

Drizzle over some olive oil, and then mix all together

Cook for 5 minutes, mix up and check not burning too much

Heat for another 2 minutes until all crispy
