This is amazing with rice, in a burrito or with a baked potato!
Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 10 mins
Add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes
Add the oregano, cumin, paprika and chilli powder
Add the beans, tomatoes, tom puree and stock
Cook for 30 minutes
Stir in the lime juice and season
If you want a little more heat add a chopped red chilli
