Healthy vegan gravy

 250 ml Vegan stock
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 0.50 tsp Vegan Worcestershire sauce
 0.50 tsp Dried parsley
 0.25 tsp Thyme
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 Ground Pepper
 1.50 tbsp Arrowroot
 3 tbsp Water

In a medium-sized pan, bring vegetable stock, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, and pepper to a boil. Turn down to a simmer.

Mix together arrowroot and cold water in a separate bowl and add to the gravy whisking continuously

Let it simmer for 3 more minutes.
