Chinese takeaway style Crispy 'Beef'
Lightly coat 'beef' pieces in cornflour and fry until crispy - set aside.
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in pan, add onions and pepper until soft and then add ginger, garlic and chilli.
Reduce heat then add sauce and finally beef pieces.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and springs onions.
