My favourite Mac n Cheese so far!
Ingredients

- 450gRoasted sweet potato, peeled and mashed slightly
- 1cupRaw cashew
- 3cupsWater
- 2tspSalt
- 1Clove garlic, minced
- 1tspMustard seed
- 2tbspLight brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Pasta
- Soy pieces
Instructions

Add roasted, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes, raw cashews, water, sea salt, minced garlic, mustard seed, light brown sugar and cayenne pepper to a high speed blender.

Blend until smooth, about 7-9 minutes, at the highest speed.

Cook pasta as usual, drain and add the sauce.

Service with veg of your choice and soy pieces.
