1Peel and slice the potato, spray with oil, add salt and pepper and roast at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 mins,
2Meanwhile, slice and fry the onion in oil until seated down and turning colour. Add a splash of balsamic and let evaporate
3Add sauce to base or wraps, layer with potato, onion, kale, cheese & chilli flakes.
4Bake in the oven for aprox. 10 minutes at 190.
You can make this without cheese if you don't have any. It's still yummy
