Hubner Sausage Stuffing

The best stuffing for Christmas dinner or any roast dinner!

  • Cook: 40 mins
  • Yields: 1 loaf to serve about 6 people with leftovers


1 large onion

1lb vegan sausage meat (Richmond is great!)

1 cup crushed cornflakes

1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seed whisked with 2.5tbsp water, rested in fridge for 10 mins)

4 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Salt & Pepper

Vegan bacon slices (to line the tin)


1Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (Except the bacon)

2Grease a loaf tin and line with the bacon

3Put the mixture in the lined tin and cover with foil

4Bake in the oven in a roasting tray with water at 190 for 40 minutes

5Remove the foil for 10 minutes at the end
